Na het ontbijt belde de onvolprezen ANWB ons, en enkele telefoontjes verder bleek dat er in geheel Denemarken geen huurauto meer te vinden was, maar dat er eentje vanuit Hamburg (!) zou worden gebracht. Dat zou dan ergens tussen 1400 en 1600 moeten plaatsvinden, wat dus voor ons betekende dat het grootste deel van de dag zich wederom in Odense ging afspelen. En wie Odense zegt, zegt Hans Christian Andersen. Nog geen tien minuten later verscheen onze reddende engel met een Golf Plus.
