Met toch wel een aanzienlijke afstand (en dan vooral in tijd) te overbruggen werden in de voorbereidingen alle geplande tussenstops geleidelijk aan geschrapt en teruggebracht tot slechts de meest essenti\u00eble selectie. En die selectie bestond vandaag uit <s>het kasteel<\/s> de ru\u00efnes van Tintagel. Dit kasteel (waar dus niet zo gek veel van over is)l uit 12-nog-wat zou naar verluidt de locatie zijn waar King Arthur geconcipieerd zou zijn en op deze mythe lift het gehele dorp volgaarne mee. Hoogtepunt van de ru\u00efne is een deze eeuw geplaatst kunstwerk in de vorm van King Arthur. Rond 16:00 waren in Midsomer Norton waar we twee nachten blijven.
